How We Work
For patients who require to travel up and down from Singapore and Malaysia, we offer long distance ambulance services.
This is an economical choice as compared to a private air ambulance.
Our medical team will accompany the patient throughout the entire journey from Singapore to Malaysia or vice-versa.
A medical assessment needs to be done prior to arranging the trip to ensure that it is safe for the patient to travel overland in an ambulance.
Upon approval, we will schedule the trip and take care of all necessary paperwork with the sending and receiving hospital.

AIR AMBULANCE IATS provides complete bedside-to-bedside service to ensure that the patient’s continuity of care is maintained.
Your flight coordinator will arrange every detail of the transport, coordinating all patient and family needs, all ground transportation, international clearances and customs.
We’ll assist with accepting facilities if needed. Your personal flight coordinator will keep family and loved ones not traveling with the patient informed of the flight’s progress.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
No bill shocks. All fees chargeable and applicable are displayed and communicated. No hidden fees nor incidentals. No GST chargeable.

Accreditation and Award
ISLANDWIDE Ambulance was among the first few private ambulance provider to be accredited by Ministry of Healthcare ( MOH ) and our fleet of ambulances are also inspected and awarded a decal by MOH to be operational ready
